Telephone Wreckers Green policy

Recycling is apart of our day to day business at Telephone Wreckers.

• We recycle the phones that we resell.
• Systems that we cannot use use go to metal scrap recycling yards.
• Old telephone curly cords and line cords go to metal recylers for the copper content.
• We are constantly continuing to improve on our recycling policy to protect our environment.

Being  green starts before we get to work! 

• All staff live less than 20kms from our office.
• Public transport is encouraged to be used to get to work. 
• Our office and warehouse use fans instead of air-conditioning whenever possible especially in the more temperate Queensland Winter.
• The majority of our packaging can be recycled and we shred all our office paper.
• Test equipment and lighting is turned of when not required.

Always remember... Being green should not be marketing, it should be real.
