1. Go to HP Support

- If you're a Business user or partner press -the Get Started Here
3. Review Your Options
- Use the barcode on your Poly device to identify it.
- or select the product type link if you cannot enter the serial number

4. Contact Poly or Start an Exchange
- Depending on the issue and warranty status, you can either:
